What is nebula and how can it help my business?

Nebula is an automated computing platform for real-time alerting and monitoring of SLAs related to integrated cloud services. It enables IT teams to calculate and monitor the status of service providers on a daily basis, flagging potential downtimes, while also allowing compliance teams to generate detailed reports to ensure adherence to the European DORA regulation.

What are the steps for the setup?

After the first login, the admin will need to configure their providers. For Azure, the setup includes an initial step where the admin must input their Azure credential details. Next, they must synchronize resources and finally, they need to access Azure to download the resource states. This last step can be performed at any time but is essential to activate the calculation of contractual SLAs.

How does the SLA monitoring work?

Nebula calculates contractual SLAs daily to ensure the service is maintained within the limits set by the contract. Following the resolution of a reported issue, the system recalculates the SLA considering the 30 days prior to the resolution. If the reported issue has indeed caused an SLA breach, it will be flagged with a red indicator. If an SLA breach occurs but the issue was never reported, a yellow indicator will appear on the homepage.
